This is quite a sweet film with a lovely message about choosing to be yourself, no matter what hovers in your past. One thing you can say for this animation, it is certainly star-studded and they all give terrific performances. Like so many action sequences these days the ones in Kung Fu Panda 2 are impressionistic - there's so much going on it's impossible to pin individual actions down, they are just chaotic melees. It doesn't soar like the best of animation these days but it's an entertainment, particularly for the younger set.
